Lecture 2; Jesus Christ rose from the dead and reborn us

We opened the Bible to 1 Peter Chapter 1:3-5, and we read together: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to His great mercy, He raised Him from the dead through Jesus Christ , has given us new birth into a living hope into an inheritance incorruptible, undefiled, and unfading, reserved in heaven for you. You who are kept by the power of God through faith will be able to receive the salvation prepared to be revealed in the last days.

1. Jesus Christ resurrected from the dead and regenerated us

ask: Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this? John 11:26
What did Jesus mean when he said this?

For the Scripture also says that it is appointed for men to die once, and after that there is judgment. Hebrews 9.27

There are many churches that also teach the Bible, just like the church of Laodicea. Some churches do not have the presence of the Holy Spirit and do not preach the true doctrine of the gospel. This causes many brothers and sisters to sit there and listen every week, and they cannot understand what they are hearing. !If you have not eaten and drank the spiritual food of life, have not been regenerated, and have not put on (the new man) Christ, you become pitiful and naked. Therefore, the Lord Jesus rebuked those churches like Laodicea → You said: I am rich, have gained wealth, and need nothing; but I do not know that you are wretched, wretched, poor, blind, and naked. I urge you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so that you may be rich; and white garments, so that you may not be exposed; and eye drops, to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. Revelation 3:17-18

3 Don't be tempted

We know that we belong to God and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. We also know that the Son of God has come and has given us wisdom to know Him who is true, and we are in Him who is true, His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. 1 John 5:18-20
