ask: Jesus is the way→How do we walk on this spiritual road and the heavenly road?

Christian Pilgrim's Progress
【1】Belief in the old man means death as a "sinner"
(1) Believe in the death of the old man
Christ "died" for all, and all died. "All" includes those who have died, those who are living, and those who have not yet been born → that is, "all" who came from Adam's body died, and the old man died. Yes, the dead are freed from sin. → The love of Christ compels us; for we consider that because one died for all, all died; Reference (2 Corinthians 5:14)
(2) Believe in the old man and be crucified with him
Our old self was crucified with Him, in order that the body of sin may be destroyed → For we know that our old self was crucified with Him in order that the body of sin may be destroyed, so that we may no longer serve sin; for he who is dead has been freed from sin. --Romans 6:6-7
(3) Believe that the old person is dead
For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Reference-Colossians Chapter 3 Verse 3
ask: What do you mean because you are dead?
answer: Your old man is dead.
ask: When did our old man die?

[2] Live by believing in the "new man" → living in Christ
(1) Believe in the new man and live and be resurrected with Christ
If we die with Christ, we believe that we will live with him. Reference (Romans 6:8)
You were dead in your trespasses and uncircumcision of the flesh, but God made you alive together with Christ, having forgiven you (or translated: our) all trespasses; - Reference (Colossians 2:13)
(2) If the Spirit of God dwells in you, you are not of the flesh
If the Spirit of God dwells in you, you are no longer of the flesh but of the Spirit. If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. --Reference (Romans 8:9)
As "Paul" said → I am so miserable! Who can save me from this body of death? Thank God, we can escape through our Lord Jesus Christ. From this point of view, I obey the law of God with my heart, but my flesh obeys the law of sin. Reference (Romans 7:24-25)
(3) There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. --Reference (Romans 8:1-2)
(4) The new man’s life is hidden with Christ in God
For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God, who is our life. When Christ appears, you also will appear with him in glory. --Reference (Colossians 3:3-4)
