Let’s open the Bible to Genesis Chapter 1, verses 3-4, and read together: God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness.
Today we will study, fellowship, and share together "separate" No. 1 Speak and offer a prayer: Dear Abba Heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that the Holy Spirit is always with us! light and darkness separate
Let’s study the Bible, Genesis Chapter 1, verses 1-5, and read them together: In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the face of the abyss; but the Spirit of God was upon the waters. God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. God called the light "day" and the darkness "night." There is evening and there is morning. This is the first day.
(1) Jesus is the true light, the light of human life
Jesus then said to the crowds, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." - John 8:12
God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. This is the message we have heard from the Lord and brought back to you. --1 John 1:5
In him was life, and this life was the light of men. …That light is the true light, illuminating all who live in the world. --John 1:4,9

God said: "Let there be light", and there was light → "Light" refers to life, the light of life → Jesus is the "true light" and "life" → He is the light of man's life, and life is in Him, and this life is man. The light of Jesus → Anyone who follows Jesus will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life → the "life of Jesus"! Amen. So, do you understand clearly?

(2) You believe that Jesus is the Son of Light
John 12:36 Believe in the light while you have it, that you may become children of light. ” When Jesus had said this, he left them and hid himself.
1 Thessalonians 5:5 You are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night, nor of darkness.
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's own people, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. --1 Peter 2:9
[Note]: Jesus is "light" → we follow "Jesus" → we follow the light → we become children of light! Amen. → But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s people, that you may proclaim “the gospel” the virtues of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light
→Lord Jesus Christ salvation. → As the Lord Jesus said: "I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me will never abide in darkness. Reference - John 12:46
(3)Darkness
The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness does not receive the light. --John 1:5
If anyone says he is in the light but hates his brother, he is still in darkness. He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him. But he who hates his brother is in darkness and walks in darkness, not knowing where he is going, because the darkness has blinded him. --1 John 2:9-11
Light has come into the world, and men love darkness instead of light because their deeds are evil. This is their condemnation. Everyone who does evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds be rebuked. --John 3:19-20
[Note]: The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness does not receive the light → Jesus is the "Light". Not accepting "Jesus" → means not accepting "light". They are walking in "darkness" and don't know where they are going. →So the Lord Jesus said: "Your eyes are the lamps on your body. If your eyes are clear →" your spiritual eyes are opened → you see Jesus", your whole body will be bright; if your eyes are dim and you "have not seen Jesus", your whole body will be dark. . Therefore, examine yourself, lest there be darkness in you. If there is light in your whole body, and no darkness at all, you will be completely bright, like the brightness of a lamp.” Do you understand this clearly? Reference-Luke 11:34-36
