2 The new man who is reborn does not belong to the flesh of the old man
If the Spirit of God dwells in your hearts, you (the new man) are no longer of the flesh (the old man), but of the Spirit. If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. Romans 8:9
3 The conflict between the Holy Spirit and the lust of the flesh
I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. 4 Put to death the evil deeds of the body by the Holy Spirit

5 Put on the new self and put off the old self
Do not lie to one another, for you have put off your old self and its deeds and have put on the new self. The new man is renewed in knowledge into the image of his Creator. Colossians 3:9-10 and Ephesians 4:22-24
6 The old man’s flesh is gradually deteriorating, but the new man is being renewed day by day in Christ.
Therefore, we do not lose heart. Although the outer body (the old man) is being destroyed, the inner man (the new man) is being renewed day by day. Our light and momentary sufferings will work for us an eternal weight of glory beyond compare. 2 Corinthians 4:16-17
7 Grow up to Christ, the Head

2. Pray and ask at any time
(1) Pray often and don’t lose heart

(2) Tell God what you want through prayer and supplication
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
(3) Pray in the Holy Spirit
But, dear brothers, build yourselves up in the most holy faith, pray in the Holy Spirit,
Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto everlasting life. Jude 1:20-21
(4) Pray with spirit as well as with understanding
Paul said, "What about this?" I want to pray with the spirit and also with the understanding; I want to sing with the spirit and also with the understanding. 1 Corinthians 14:15
(5) The Holy Spirit prays for us with groans
#The Holy Spirit intercedes for the saints according to God’s will#Moreover, the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness; we do not know how to pray, but the Holy Spirit Himself prays for us with unutterable groanings. He who searches the hearts knows the thoughts of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. Romans 8:26-27
(6) Be cautious, watchful and pray
The end of all things is near. Therefore, be careful and sober, watch and pray. 1 Peter 4:7
(7) The prayers of righteous people are very effective in healing.
If any of you is suffering, he should pray; if anyone is happy, he should sing praises. If any of you is sick, he should call the elders of the church; they may anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord and pray for him. The prayer of faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has sinned (sins of the old man's flesh), he will be forgiven. (Refer to Hebrews 10:17) Therefore confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great effect. James 5:13-16
(8) Pray and lay hands on the sick to be healed

3. Be a good soldier of Christ

4. Working together with Christ

6. Receive glory, reward, and crown

7. Reigning with Christ
Blessed and holy are those who take part in the first resurrection! The second death has no authority over them. They shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Christ a thousand years. Revelation 20:6
8. Reign forever and ever
There will be no more night; they will have no need of lamps or sunlight, for the Lord God will give them light. They will reign forever and ever. Revelation 22:5
Therefore, Christians must put on the full armor given by God every day so that they can resist the devil's schemes, resist the enemy in the days of tribulation, and accomplish everything and still stand firm. So stand firm,
1 Girdle your waist with the truth,2 Put on the breastplate of righteousness,
3 Having put on your feet the preparation for walking, the gospel of peace.
4 Furthermore, taking up the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one;
5 And put on the helmet of salvation, and take up the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
6 Pray at all times with all kinds of supplications and supplications in the Spirit;
7 And be alert and unfailingly praying for all the saints!
