Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake

Bible interpretation

For Jesus, for the gospel, for the Word of God, for the truth, and for the life that can save people!
Being insulted, slandered, oppressed, resisted, persecuted, persecuted, and killed.

Blessed are those who suffer persecution for righteousness’ sake! Because the kingdom of heaven belongs to them. Blessed are you if people revile you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me! Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven. In the same way men persecuted the prophets who were before you. "
(Matthew 5:10-11)

(1)Jesus was persecuted

As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside on the way and said to them, “Behold, as we go up to Jerusalem, the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and scribes. They will condemn him to death and hand him over. He will be given to the Gentiles, and they will be mocked, beaten, and crucified; and on the third day he will rise again." (Matthew 20:17-19)

(2) The apostles were persecuted

peter
I thought I should remind you and stir you up while I am still in this tent; knowing that the time is coming for me to leave this tent, as our Lord Jesus Christ has shown me. And I will do my best to keep these things in your remembrance after my death. (2 Peter 1:13-15)

John
I, John, are your brother and fellow-partner with you in the tribulation and the kingdom and the endurance of Jesus, and I was on the island called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus. (Revelation 1:9)

paul
and the persecutions and sufferings I encountered in Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. What persecutions I endured; but out of them all the Lord delivered me. (2 Timothy 3:11)

(3) The prophets were persecuted

Jerusalem! Jerusalem! You kill prophets and stone those who are sent to you. How often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings; but you were not willing. (Luke 13:34)

(4) Christ’s resurrection makes us righteous

Jesus was delivered for our transgressions and resurrected for our justification (or translated: Jesus was delivered for our transgressions and resurrected for our justification). (Romans 4:25)

(5) We are justified freely by God’s grace

Now, by the grace of God, we are justified freely through the redemption of Christ Jesus. God established Jesus as the propitiation by virtue of the blood of Jesus and through man’s faith to demonstrate God’s righteousness; because He patiently tolerated the sins committed by people in the past in order to demonstrate His righteousness in the present time. that he himself may be known to be righteous, and that he may also justify those who believe in Jesus. (Romans 3:24-26)

(6) If we suffer with Him, we will be glorified with Him

The Holy Spirit bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God; and if we are children, we are heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. If we suffer with Him, we will also be glorified with Him. (Romans 8:16-17)

(7) Take up your cross and follow Jesus

Then (Jesus) called the crowds and his disciples to them and said to them: "If anyone wants to come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life (or translation: soul; the same below) ) will lose his life; but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it (Mark 8:34-35).

(8)Preach the gospel of the kingdom of heaven

Jesus came to them and said to them, "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. So go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." baptize them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit) and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you, and I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20) Festival)

(9) Put on the whole armor of God

I have final words: Be strong in the Lord and in His power. Put on the whole armor of God, so that you can stand against the devil's schemes. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand the enemy in the day of trouble, and having done all, to stand. So stand firm,

1 Girdle your waist with truth,
2 Wear the breastplate of righteousness,
3 And put on your feet the preparation for walking with the gospel of peace.
4 Furthermore, taking the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one;
5 and put on the helmet of salvation,
6 Take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
7 Rely on the Holy Spirit and pray with all kinds of supplications at all times;
8 And be watchful and untiring in this, praying for all the saints.
(Ephesians 6:10-18)

(10) The treasure is revealed in the earthen vessel

We have this treasure (the Spirit of truth) in an earthen vessel to show that this great power comes from God and not from us. We are surrounded by enemies on all sides, but we are not trapped; we are troubled, but we are not disappointed; we are persecuted, but we are not abandoned; we are struck down, but we are not killed. (2 Corinthians 4:7-9)

(11) The death of Jesus is activated in us so that the life of Jesus can also be manifested in us

For we who are alive are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus may be revealed in our mortal bodies. From this perspective, death is active in us, but life is active in you. (2 Corinthians 4:11-12)

(12) Although the outer body is being destroyed, the inner heart is being renewed day by day.

Therefore, we do not lose heart. outer body ( old man )Although destroyed, my heart( The new man born of God in the heart ) is being renewed day by day. Our momentary and light sufferings will work for us an eternal weight of glory beyond compare. It turns out that we care not about what is seen, but about what is unseen; for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:17-18)
