Let’s open our Bible to Galatians chapter 2 verse 20 and read together: I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. .
Today we will study, fellowship, and share " Christ lives for me 》Prayer: Dear Abba, Heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that the Holy Spirit is always with us! Amen. Thank you Lord! " virtuous woman "Sending workers through the word of truth written and spoken by their hands, which is the gospel of your salvation. Bread is brought from far away from heaven, and is provided to us in due season, so that our spiritual life may be abundant! Amen . Ask the Lord Jesus to continue to illuminate our spiritual eyes and open our minds to understand the Bible so that we can hear and see spiritual truths → understand. "I live" to live out Adam, a sinner, and a slave of sin; Christ "died" for me, "buried" for me; and "lived" for me → Christ lived out the image of Christ, lived out the image of Christ the glory of god the father ! Amen.
The above prayers, supplications, intercessions, thanksgivings, and blessings! I ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Amen.
Now it is no longer me who lives, but Christ who lives for me
Hymn: I was crucified with Christ
( 1 ) I have been crucified with Christ
Romans 6:5-6 For if we have been united with him in the likeness of his death, we shall also be united with him in the likeness of his resurrection, knowing that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that the body of sin might be destroyed. We are no longer slaves to sin;
Galatians 5:24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
Note: I have been united with Christ, crucified, died, buried and lived for the same purpose→ 1 free us from sin, 2 Freed from the law and its curse, 3 Put off the old man and his old ways; 4 That we may be justified and receive the adoption as sons of God. Amen
( 2 ) Enter His Promise of Rest
For he who enters rest has rested from his own works, just as God rested from his. Hebrews 4 verse 10 →
Note: I was crucified with Christ to "annihilate" the body and life that came from Adam to sin → This is to rest from my work for "sin", just as God rested from His "work of creation" → to enter rest!
Because our old man was crucified, died, and was buried with Christ → the "old man" sinful body entered into rest; we were resurrected with Christ → the "new man" entered into Christ and enjoyed rest → the "Holy Spirit" renewed and built in me → yes Christ "lived" for me → in this way, there must be "another Sabbath rest" → reserved for God's people. So, do you understand clearly? See Hebrews 4:9
Since we are left with the promise of entering into His rest, let us fear lest any of us (originally, you) seem to fall behind. For the gospel is preached to us as it was to them; but the message they hear is of no benefit to them, because they have not" confidence "with what is heard" road "Mixed. But we who have believed have access to that rest, as God says: "I have sworn in my anger, 'They shall not enter my rest! ’” In fact, the work of creation has been completed since the creation of the world. Reference-Hebrews 4:1-3
( 3 ) Christ lives for me, I live as Christ
I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. --Galatians chapter 2 verse 20
For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. --Philippians 1:21
[Note]: As the apostle Paul said → I have been crucified with Christ, and now it is no longer me who lives, but Christ who lives in me.
ask: My old self was crucified, died, and buried with Christ; so where is my new self, which was resurrected and "reborn" with Him?
answer: For you have died → "the old man of life has died" and your life → "is born again to the new man of life" is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, appears, you also will appear with him in glory. So, do you understand clearly? Reference-Colossians Chapter 3 Verses 3-4
→It is the Lord Jesus Christ" for "Death to us all," for "We all were buried; Christ "regenerated" us by his resurrection from the dead → and now He will" for "We all live → Christ" for "Everyone lives out Christ and the glory of God the Father! It is not that we "live out" Christ → "you live" → but live out Adam, live out sinners, live out slaves of sin, and bear the fruits of sin.
Therefore, if we have been united to Him in the likeness of His death, we shall also be united to Him in the likeness of His resurrection → I now “dwell” and rest in Christ → I am renewed in Christ by the “Holy Spirit” who lives in me Build→Christ" for "I live→ 1 Christ living out God the Father "gets" glory + I "get" glory, 2 Christ's living "gets" the reward + means that I "get" the reward, 3 Christ's living "getting" the crown+ means that I "get" the crown, 4 Christ "lived" a more beautiful resurrection for me, that is, the redemption of the body + when Christ appears for the second time, our bodies will be resurrected in a more beautiful way! 5 Christ reigns + I reign with Christ! Amen! Hallelujah! So, are you willing? Got it?
alright! Today I would like to share my fellowship with you all. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen
