Peace to all brothers and sisters! Amen
Let’s open the Bible to Leviticus Chapter 10, verses 1-3, and read together: Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his own censer, filled it with fire, put incense on it, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which the LORD had not commanded them.
Today we study, fellowship, and share "Strange Fire" Pray: Dear Heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that the Holy Spirit is always with us! Amen. Thank the Lord for sending workers through whose hands they write and speak the word of truth, which is the gospel of our salvation. Bread is brought from heaven and supplied to us on time to make our spiritual life richer. Amen! Ask the Lord Jesus to continue to illuminate our spiritual eyes and open our minds to understand the Bible so that we can see and hear spiritual truths → Do you understand what it means to offer strange fire?
The above prayers, supplications, intercessions, thanks, and blessings! I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen
Ordinary fire, Pronounced as fán huǒ, it is a Chinese word that means the emotional desires of secular people.
explain : The emotional desires of secular people.
Source: The first chapter of Yuan Dynasty Zheng Tingyu's "Nin Zi Ji":"If your apprentice doesn't use money cruelly, ordinary fire will burn in my belly. I will hide it in my sleeve in the breeze like my master, and imitate my master's bright moon in the tip of his staff."
Leviticus 10:1-3 Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his own censer, filled it with fire, added incense, and offered strange fire before the LORD; for the LORD had not commanded them, and there was fire. Come out from the presence of the LORD and burn them, and they will die before the LORD. Then Moses said to Aaron, "This is what the LORD has said: 'I will be holy among those who approach me, and I will be glorified in the sight of all the people.'" Aaron remained silent.
Bible interpretation:
ask: What does strange fire mean?
answer: Strange fire refers to earthly fire, not the fire consecrated on the altar of the tabernacle → it is called "unknown fire".
ask: What does strange fire represent?
answer: Strange fire typifies the lusts and lusts of the flesh - fleshly, worldly, unclean, sinful, unconsecrated → "When you and your sons enter the tent of meeting, you shall not drink any wine or strong drink, lest you Death; this shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, that ye may separate the holy from the common, and the clean from the unclean; see Leviticus 10:9-10.
Note: Many churches today do not distinguish between holy and secular things, clean and unclean things → they all offer "the blemished, leavened and unclean things according to their own will, there is no distinction between the old covenant and the new covenant, and there is no distinction between what is under the law" There is no distinction between grace and grace, there is no separation between the old man and the new man, there is no separation between what is of Adam and what is of Christ, there is no separation between the carnal and the spiritual, there is no separation between sinners and the righteous, there is no separation between light and darkness, there is no separation between the clean and the impure. To be clean without distinction is to not offer the consecrated "sinners" to God → just like Nadab and Abihu offered "strange fire" to God, which the Lord did not command them to do. Dedicated to God, Nadab and Abihu's "chastening" is an example → only waiting with fear for the judgment and the consuming fire that will consume all the enemies. See Hebrews 10:27, 2 Thessalonians 2:8 and Revelation. Chapter 20.
so" paul "Saying → Make me a servant of Christ Jesus for the Gentiles, a priest of the gospel of God, that my sacrifice of the Gentiles may be sanctified by the Holy Spirit → "Holiness is one who is without sin" and it may be acceptable. → If " sinner "To offer → is to give" Ordinary fire "Dedicated to God, such preachers are "Nadab and Abihu." Do you understand clearly? Refer to Romans 15:16
OK! Today I would like to share my fellowship with you all. The grace of the original Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit are always with you all! Amen
