Peace to my dear family, brothers and sisters! Amen.
Let’s open our Bible to Romans chapter 3 verses 21-22 and read them together: But now the righteousness of God has been revealed apart from the law, as witnessed by the law and the prophets: even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for everyone who believes, without distinction .
Today we will study, fellowship, and share " God’s righteousness has been revealed apart from the law 》Prayer: Dear Abba, Heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that the Holy Spirit is always with us! Amen. Thank you Lord! The virtuous woman [the church] sent out workers through their hands who wrote and preached the word of truth, which is the gospel of your salvation! Food is transported from the sky from afar and supplied to us at the right time to make our spiritual life richer! Amen. May the Lord Jesus continue to illuminate our spiritual eyes and open our minds to understand the Bible so that we can hear and see spiritual truths. Understand that God’s “righteousness” has been revealed outside of the law . The above prayer,
Pray, intercede, thank, and bless! I ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Amen
(1) God’s righteousness
Question: Where is God’s righteousness revealed?
Answer: Now the righteousness of God has been revealed apart from the law.
Let’s look at Romans 3:21-22 and read them together: But now the righteousness of God has been revealed apart from the law, having the testimony of the law and the prophets: it is the righteousness of God that is given to all things through faith in Jesus Christ There is no difference for those who believe. Turn to Romans 10:3 again. For those who do not know the righteousness of God and seek to establish their own righteousness disobey the righteousness of God.
[Note]: By examining the above scriptures, we record that now God's "righteousness" is revealed "outside of the law", as evidenced by the law and the prophets. → Jesus said to them: "This is what I was doing when I was with you." I tell you this: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms." Reference - Luke 24:44.
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive adoption as sons. Reference – Plus chapter 4 verses 4-5. →The "righteousness" of God is evidenced by what is recorded in the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms, that is, God sent his only begotten Son Jesus, the Word became flesh, was conceived by the Virgin Mary and was born of the Holy Spirit, and was born under the law , to redeem those who are under the law→ 1 free from the law , 2 Free from sin, put off the old man . Through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, we are reborn → so that we may receive the sonship of God ! Amen. so, To receive the "sonship of God" is to be outside the law, to be free from sin and to put off the old man→ Only in this way can one obtain "the title of son of God" ";
because power of sin It is the law - refer to 1 Corinthians 15:56 → In the law" within "What is evident is 〔crime〕 , as long as you have" crime" -The law can obvious come out. Why have you fallen under the law? , because you are sinner , legal power and scope Just take care of it crime 〕. Within the law there are only [sinners] No sonship of God - no righteousness of God . So, do you understand clearly?
(2) God’s righteousness is based on faith, so that faith
Because the righteousness of God is revealed in this gospel; this righteousness is by faith from faith to faith. As it is written: "The righteous shall live by faith." Reference - Romans 1:17. →In this case, what can we say? The Gentiles who did not pursue righteousness actually received righteousness, which is "righteousness" that comes from "faith". But the Israelites pursued the righteousness of the law, but failed to obtain the righteousness of the law. What is the reason for this? It's because they don't ask by faith, but only by "works"; they are falling on that stumbling block. --Romans 9:30-32.
(3) Not knowing the righteousness of God under the law
Because the Israelites did not know the righteousness of God and wanted to establish their own righteousness, the Israelites thought that by observing the law and relying on the flesh to correct and improve their behavior, they could be justified. This is because they ask by works rather than by faith, so they are falling on that stumbling block. They relied on works of the law and disobeyed the righteousness of God. Reference - Romans 10 verse 3.
But you must also be aware that → you who are "law-abiding people" who seek to be justified by the law → are alienated from Christ and have fallen from grace. By the Holy Spirit, by faith, we wait for the hope of righteousness. Reference - Plus chapter 5 verses 4-5. So, do you understand clearly?
alright! Today I would like to share my fellowship with you all. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit be always with you all! Amen
